This site was created to help me reach my goal of attending Dr. Campbell's conference in Italy and to give you, the reader, a place to access multiple plant-based nutrition resources.  On the ​​RESOURCE page, you will find access to all kinds of different plant-based nutrition resources.  Whether you are looking for recipe websites, an educational program for reversing heart disease or a knowledgable physician, Growing True Health can direct you where you may need to go.
